It seems Keeping Up With The Kardashians is headed for the courtroom. KIM KADESHIAN's reality show will go head-to-head with real life at her divorce trial next month with the news that her mother Kris Jenner and a show producer are being called as witnesses.
Court records show that pregnant Kim's legal team intend to call her mum and manager Kris to the witness stand to testify about her brief marriage to Kris Humphris. Keeping Up With The Kardashian's longtime producer Farnaz Farjam is also on the list, alongside Kim herself and her ex-husband.
Basketball star Kris is seeking an annulment of the pair's 72-day marriage, claiming it was based on fraud.
Papers filed by Kim's lawyer Laura Wasser state that Kim will testify that she "did not defraud (Humphires) into marrying her". Her mother Kris is expected to show "communications with the parties regarding their relationship" to corroborate Kim's assertion, and Farnaz has also been listed to show that "no conspiracy to defraud" the NBA star existed.
Kim will also provide "reasons why the parties' marriage should be dissolved and not annulled" — as Kris has requested — and she will also testify about their pre-nuptial agreement.
