The majority leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Chidi LIoyed who was declared wanted for 'LIoyeding' the head of one of the members of the State's House of Assembly has dared the Inspector General of Police to arrest him if he can.Speaking through his lawyer, LIoyed said he is immune to prosecution and only the Anthony General of the state can summon him and not the IG.
The officers that will go and arrest him should wear strong helmets or else, they may be leaving the place without head as they too may be 'LIoyed'
with mace.
