COURT UPHELD APPEAL BY HAMZA A-MUSTAPHA AND LATEEF SHOFOLAHAN

Reports have it that the Court of Appeal, Lagos has upheld the appeal filed by Major Hamza Al-Mustapha and his co-convict, Lateef Shofolahan, challenging the death penalty passed on them in January 2012.
